Description
Season of Wonder: Art Inspired by Beauty, Curiosity, and Joy
San Antonio Art League + Museum
Exhibition Dates: November 22- December 18, 2026
A members-only exhibition celebrating the sense of wonder that often accompanies the close of the year. This all-media exhibition invites artists to share original, affordable artwork that inspires delight, reflection, curiosity, and joy. From paintings to fiber, ceramics to collage, each work becomes an offering of creativity and connection—a reminder that art helps us pause, notice, and celebrate the extraordinary within everyday life.
Theme – Season of Wonder
As the year draws to a close, we often find ourselves reflecting on moments of beauty, gratitude, mystery, and renewal. Season of Wonder invites artists to explore those experiences that awaken a sense of awe and possibility.
Wonder may be found in the changing seasons, the beauty of light, the natural world, cherished traditions, acts of kindness, treasured memories, or the creative process itself.
Whether your work is contemplative, whimsical, luminous, or deeply personal, this exhibition celebrates the capacity of art to inspire curiosity and connection.
The theme is intentionally broad and welcoming. Artists are encouraged to interpret it in their own unique way while creating works that will resonate with visitors and holiday collectors alike.
