ARTCALL SUBMISSION DEADLINE  Wednesday, October 29, 11:59 p.m.DROP OFF SUBMISSIONS:  Sunday, Nov. 2, 4 p.m.-6 p.m. and Monday, Nov. 3, 9 a.m.-6 p.m.OPENING RECEPTION: Nov. 7, 5-8 p.m.PICK-UP SUBMISSIONS: Sunday, Dec. 28, 4 p.m.-6 p.m. and Monday, Dec. 29, 9 a.m.-6 p.m. The Gallery will be closed the month of Jan. plan accordingly.
ABOUT THE EXHIBIT: Wall hanging small works must be 12” x 12” or smaller including the frame. We also accept work in plastic sleeves that are 11” x 14” or smaller with a stiff backer board, and packs of artist designed cards. There is no charge to exhibit in Small Works. 
YOU MUST SUBMIT A FRAMED PIECE/SCULPTURE TO ALSO BE ABLE TO SUBMIT BIN WORK AND CARDS. ALL PIECES MUST BE SUBMITTED. DO NOT SUBMIT IMAGES
ARTWORK ACCEPTED: 

1 framed work– maximum framed dimension 12" x 12” in the longest direction INCLUDING FRAME.1-5 unframed matted work in plastic sleeves must be matted to 11” x 14” or smaller. ONLY If not matted must have a stiff board of either size for viewing ease. NO canvases in plastic sleeves, nothing thicker than ¼”.
3D work - Sculptures must fit within a 8” footprint, please call to discuss if you  have questions.1-5 card packs, no single cardsAll work must have labels on the back.All artists exhibiting online or at any NHAA in person venues must adhere to our PRESENTATION AND FRAMING GUIDELINES and NHAA EXHIBIT AGREEMENT on the on the website.
