Jury Process
Due to the timing of the October Prescott Area Artists Studio Tour, artists will be juried into the exhibition based on their overall body of work and artistic merit rather than individual submitted pieces.
Because many artists may sell work during the Studio Tour, artwork listed at the time of application may be subject to change prior to installation. Final artwork selections will be coordinated with accepted artists before intake.
Artwork Requirements & Substitutions
Because this exhibition follows the Prescott Area Artists Studio Tour, artists may substitute artwork that has sold during the Studio Tour. If a submitted piece is no longer available, artists should make every effort to replace it with a similar work in subject matter, medium, and size.
Please note that acceptance into the exhibition does not guarantee acceptance of every submitted piece. Final artwork selection will be based on available exhibition space, overall exhibition balance, and the artwork's professional presentation and condition. The Mountain Artists Guild and the Phippen Museum reserve the right to decline any artwork that does not meet exhibition standards or space requirements.
