Dedham Art Association 2025 Members’ Fall Exhibit
Exhibit Dates: October 1st through November 30thReception: Wednesday, October 8th, 6:00 until 7:30pm, Walpole Public Library, 143 School St., Walpole, MAEntry Deadline: September 22, 2025

All current Dedham Art Association members are invited to exhibit in our Fall Exhibit. We hope you can all participate. The registration fee is $18 and each member artist may enter one artwork. All entries will be in the exhibit that adhere to the Exhibit Guidelines. Cash prizes will be awarded to 1st., 2nd. and 3rd. place. Honorable Mentions will be recognized and a People’s Choice Award will be presented at the end of the exhibit. Please review the Exhibit Guidelines on our website: click here: Exhibit Guidelines. Or from the home page, click “Exhibits,” scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Exhibits Guidelines” and from there in the upper right click button “Download Guidelines PDF.” No work larger than 30” x 40.” DAA does not take a commission on sales. NFS (not for sale) is allowed. Awards Reception will be held October 8th from 6 until 7:30 pm.
As a reminder, the submitting artist is responsible for reporting and paying any governmental fees, including but not limited to sales tax.
WE USE THE PROGRAM ARTCALL FOR THE REGISTRATION AND ONLINE GALLERY. You will sign in and, if new to ArtCall, enter your own email and create a password. From there you will upload your JPEG, enter your Title, Dimensions, Image info (please note when entering dimensions you will need to fill in the depth as well. In most cases just add the number 1). Once your work is entered and uploaded a gallery will be created of all the entries that will be posted on our website when the exhibit opens. Please make every effort to use this program. ENTRIES USING ARTCALL.  You will need an email address. If you have used this program for another ArtCall you can use the same log in. Click the Register & Apply button at top of screen and sign up with an email and a password. The $18 registration fee is payable by credit card. A video is available below explaining this process.
IMPORTANT DATES AND INSTRUCTIONS● CALL FOR ENTRIES: ARTCALL link for submissions will go live on August 26, 2025.● SUBMISSION DEADLINE: September 22 at 11:59 PM● Please crop artwork JPEGs so no frame or mat shows, label file with: Your Name_Title_● If you need advice on how to take a JPEG of your artwork you can watch a YouTube video on how to photograph your artwork by Gail Fisher https://www.youtube.com/watch?...● September 30th: Drop off your artwork 10 am until noon at the Walpole Library. **Make sure back of artwork is labeled with Name and Artwork Title. You can print out a label from your ArtCall entry.● October 1st: Exhibit opens at Walpole Library and Online Gallery● October 8th: Reception and Awards 6:00pm-7:30pm● Walpole Library Community Room, 143 School St., Walpole● December 2: Pick up artwork from 10am until noon. Please make arrangements for a representative to pick up your work if you are not available during this time frame.
