ART NEWPORT Fine Arts Show 
MARCH 27 - 29, 2026 
NEWPORT HARBOR ISLAND RESORT - Newport, RI
Now accepting entries for ART NEWPORT’s Juried Fine Arts Show, a premier indoor exhibition showcasing original works across diverse media.
Hosted at the elegant Newport Harbor Island Resort, this three-day event offers each accepted artist a professional 10’ x 10’ booth in a spacious, climate-controlled venue overlooking Newport Harbor.

Application Deadline: Monday, December 15, 2025  at 11:59pm EST
Notification of Acceptance: Friday, January 23, 2026  
In-Person Installation: Thursday, March 26, 2026
Special Preview: MASTERS & MUSES BALL guests -  Friday, March 27, 5 - 7pm 
Open to the Public: Saturday, March 28, 10am - 6pm 
                                   Sunday, March 29, 10am - 4pm 
Entry Fee:  Newport Artists Collective Members - no fee
                    Non-members - $35 (non-refundable)
Booth Fee: $300 (upon acceptance)
Please note: Due to space limitations, only 50 artists will be accepted for this year’s show.

Eligibility
Open to all artists 18 years and olderAccepted media: painting, sculpture, photography, works on paper, and mixed mediaAll artwork must be original and created solely by the applying artistNo reproductions, painted giclee prints, or AI-generated work permittedAll work must comply with copyright and intellectual property lawsArtwork Specifications
No size limit for 2D artwork  (note booth size 10’ x 10’) 3D work must not exceed 100 lbs2D work must be framed, gallery-wrapped or have finished (painted) edgesProper hanging hardware required. No saw-tooth hangers, tape or push pins Works on paper must be framed under glass or acrylic glazingAll artwork exhibited at ART NEWPORT must be consistent in style, quality, and presentation with the pieces submitted in the application

Submission Process
All entries must be submitted online through ArtCall.org.
Image files must be in JPEG format, minimum 1000 px on the longest sidePlease name all image files using the following format: LastName_FirstName Submit five (5) artwork images representing recent work in the style and quality you plan to exhibit at ART NEWPORTSubmit one (1) booth image showing your typical booth presentation
Only 50 artists will be selected through the jury process to exhibit at ART NEWPORT. Selection will be based on the overall artistic style, quality, and presentation represented by the submitted images
Booth Information & Display Guidelines
Each accepted artist receives a 10’ x 10’ booth with:
Professionally installed white walls and track lightingPedestals for 3D workOne 8-ft table and chair available upon requestProfessional artist signage (provided by ART NEWPORT)
Additional details:
Artists are responsible for hanging their own workOnly screws or cleats may be used for wall installations (no nails)Artists must be present in their booth during public hoursExhibition halls are locked and secured overnightEarly teardown is not permitted (show closes Sunday at 4:00 PM)Booths assigned by ART NEWPORTFree parking for artists and visitorsDiscounted hotel rates available for exhibitors
Awards
Special recognition will be given for Best Booth Presentation
 Sales and Commissions
All exhibited work must be for saleAll transactions processed through ART NEWPORTArtists receive 90% of each sale; ART NEWPORT retains 10%
Liability
While every precaution will be taken, ART NEWPORT, Newport Artists Collective, and all affiliated partners are not responsible for loss or damage to artwork. Submission constitutes agreement to the terms outlined in this prospectus
