Art @ City Hall - April Show - "It's all about me"
The Art at City Hall exhibit in April 2025 will be our 51st show. The "It's all about me" show will be to create a work that represents you as a self-portrait. This work does not have to be completely realistic, use your imagination. In a world filled with selfies and cell phones we are the most photographed we have ever been in history. You may want to depict yourself in a recognizable place or with recognizable things that people would know it was you. Be Creative!
Please Read Criteria for Art and Artists Participation
1.  Size Limits 2D Works: no larger than 48" W x 48"H All unframed works must look professional and have painted sides, top, and bottom. (no work shall have more than a 3" frame)2.  Size Limits 3D Works: no larger than 16" W x 18"H x 8.5" D (work must fit in the display case)3.  You must live or work in Rancho Cordova or be a member of Rancho Cordova Arts to enter4.  All submissions must be recent work within 4 years, and not shown at City Hall prior to now.5.  All wall-hung art must be wired and ready for hanging. We will refuse work not properly wired.6.  Art will be juried via photos online rather than in person. Make sure your photo is of the work only, and it is clear, crisp and represents the work or it may be turned away during intake.7.  Sales are the sole responsibility of the Artist. Communicate to CCC when something has sold so we can mark it with a dot.8.  All artworks must remain onsite through the duration of the show even if sold. Plan accordingly.9.  Each Artwork must have label on back w/ title, medium, artist name, email and phone number.10.  Make sure you fill in the online form correctly with all items spelled the way you want it represented on the wall tag.

Important Dates for Submission and Drop-off and Pick-up
Deadline to submit on Artcall.org: Saturday April 12 at 11:59 pm
Pick-up previous AACH art: Friday April 18 from 3-6 pm
Selected Works Drop-off: Friday April 18 - Rancho Cordova City Hall 3-6 pm.
Art Reception: Wednesday April 30th - 5-7 pm.

NOTE**** Art not picked up within 3 days will become property of Cordova Community Council as seen in Section 6 of the Artist Waiver agreement you signed to enter this show.
All Artists must print and sign the Artist Waiver and bring it in when you drop off your artwork.
