Recycle Denton Art Show

Thank you for your interest in participating in the 2023 Recycle Denton Art Show!!! This marks our 1st big event due to the Coronavirus pandemic. The event takes place at Harvest House (331 E Hickory Street) in downtown Denton, just blocks from the historic courthouse.
Art Vendors:
• Vendors must be Gainesville Area Visual Arts or Artists Enclave members. Join Artists Enclave of Denton County at https://www.artistsenclavedenton.com/join. You can share a vendor space with another GAVE or AEDC member.
• Vendor applications are due Sunday, April 23rd.
• All vendors will need to be at Harvest House by 1pm on Sunday, May 28th.
• Please submit three to five photos representative of work you intend to market. Submitted photos need to be in JPEG format along with your application. Send to dentonenclave@gmail.com with the Subject line: Submission
• Responsibility for any damage, theft or loss of work left after end of show is solely each artist’s responsibility – not the responsibility of either Artists Enclave or the Harvest House.
• Each vendor is responsible for bringing their own 4’ or 6’ table, tablecloth, etc.
• A notice of acceptance will be sent as soon as possible following the April 23rd application deadline.
• GAVA or Artists Enclave will not take any sales.
Upcycled Fashion/Art Show:
• The fashion/art show will be on the Harvest House outdoor stage. Applications are $15 to submit up to two pieces to be considered for the show along with a description of your fashion or art. Please pay via: paypal.me/artistsenclavedenton
• Email your application to dentonenclave@gmail.com with Subject line: Submission
• You can sell your fashion/art and keep all the sales.
• Categories for the fashion/art show:
1) Solo
2) Student
3) Group/Family
4) Upcycled Dog Fashion
• Solo: Make the art/fashion by yourself.
Have a description of materials used, how made and other details you want to give as you or your model goes across stage to display it. You can make an art piece to carry or roll across stage or wear your upcycled art.
• Student: Be 0-18 years of age.We will need a description of how the art/fashion was created along with materials used. You will need to be able to walk across stage or have someone model it for you.
• Group/Family: The fashion/artwork is made as a group.
One person will walk it across stage and/or model it.
Please have the description, materials used and group name ready when you arrive.
• Dog Upcycled Fashion: Your dog can be a part of the family fun, too.
Make your dog an upcycled outfit and let your dog walk in front of the stage. All dogs must always be on a leash and 3-ft. apart from one another.
