Sulfur Studios invites artists working in all media to submit to our Spring national juried exhibition ReNew.

Spring is a time of renewal: old growth dies so that new life can arise. How can we take the debris of what was and create new forms, new thoughts, new experiences? We encourage artists working in all media to look around your house, your neighborhoods, your world - and find new inspiration in forgotten and discarded remnants. This can include found items or even materials previously used in other artworks, anything that can be repurposed for new creations – highlighting all of the possibilities in ‘reclaimed supplies’.

ReNew is sponsored by Starlandia Art Supply, a new and reclaimed art supply store in Savannah, GA.

Important Dates:

Entries Due: March 5th, 11:59PM

Artists notified: March 8th, 2021

Work received by gallery before: March 22nd, 2021

Opening Reception: Friday, April 2nd from 6 - 9PM in conjunction with First Fridays in Starland

Artist Spotlight via IG Live: April 10th @ 2PM

Exhibition runs: April 1st - April 18th, 2021

Work returned : Week of April 18th

$25 per four artworks for non Sulfur Studios Members, $15 per four artworks for current Studio Members. If you would like to become a Sulfur Studios Member - click HERE

Work must weigh less than 75 pounds and fit through a standard size doorway. Shipping and insurance to and from the gallery will be the responsibility of the artist. Art is displayed at the artists risk. Sulfur Studios will handle all sales and a 40% commission will be retained by the gallery.
