Description
Sketchround is a new commission marketplace for independent illustrators. Small brands, self-published authors, indie game studios and couples post an illustration brief with a budget and deadline; vetted illustrators send a proposal with their own price and samples.
Why apply:
- The client pays the full price up front before you start. We hold it and release it to you when the final files are approved, so no more ghosting or unpaid DM commissions.
- You set your own price. No bidding wars, no paid visibility.
- Agreed sketch rounds are written into every project, so revisions don't spiral.
- You can also send your own DM clients a commission link so they pay through Sketchround too.
Free to apply, no entry fee. We review every portfolio by hand and email you the answer. Open to illustrators worldwide. Sketchround keeps a 12% fee from the payout on jobs you win; nothing else.
