Description
We are looking for video works that explore the theme of mimicry — the interpretation of the term can be deliberately broad. We are interested in strategies of disguise, deception, imitation, duality, and the play with identity. Something that appears as something else — a phenomenon that can be observed both in nature and in social, cultural, or political contexts.
We invite artists to reflect with us on this multifaceted concept and its various manifestations — whether poetic, critical, documentary, or experimental.
Video requirements: mp4, no more than 11 minutes
Language: we will accept videos in any language, but it must include English or German subtitles, in case the language of the video is different.
