OPEN CALL — Memory Pavilion
Deadline: 29 July 2025
Email to apply: memorypavilion@gmail.com

Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for 8 visual artists whose work explores memory, grief, and loss — whether deeply personal or culturally collective.

We welcome submissions that reflect on:
– individual or collective memory
– family archives, loss, and identity
– rituals of mourning and remembrance
– the emotional and physical spaces of absence

Accepted media: photography, AI-generated imagery, collage, video, sound, interactive art, 3D forms.

About the Pavilion
Memory Pavilion is a digital space for The Wrong Biennale 2025–2026. Artists’ works will be reimagined in an immersive virtual environment, with dreamlike rooms filled with abstract photographs, AI-generated visuals, and interactive elements derived from memory.

We will integrate:
– AI image transformation (diffusion models trained on memory-related datasets)
– image-to-3D sculptural objects
– generative environments that evolve through interaction

How to Apply
Send the following to memorypavilion@gmail.com by 29 July 2025:
– Project description (max. 300 words)
– Artist bio or statement (max. 200 words)
– 3–6 images or video links (can be WIP or final work)
– Optional: a few lines about your relationship to memory or loss

There is no application fee.
Selected artists will be featured in the pavilion and supported in adapting their work for the exhibition.
