Entries are now open for the Head On Photo Awards 2026, Australia's leading international photography awards. Open to photographers of all levels from around the world, the Awards celebrate excellence across three categories: Portrait, Landscape, and Exposure.
With an $80,000 prize pool, the Awards offer photographers the opportunity to gain international recognition, have their work judged anonymously by an esteemed panel of industry professionals, and be exhibited as part of Head On Photo Festival 2026 in Sydney. Finalists will also be featured in the official Head On Photo Awards 2026 hardcover book, with semi-finalists showcased during the Festival.
To support emerging talent, photographers aged under 25 receive a 50% discount on entry fees.
