Juror:
Captura is a photography club founded in October 2023. Aiming to address the gap in recognition and visibility of Latine and Indigenous photographers, they organize events across Metro Atlanta to foster growth and build community among all experience levels and backgrounds. In January 2025, the group published their first photo book and produced its accompanying short documentary called “We’ll Get There No Matter What. Captura is co-founded by Vianey Cecilio and Victoria Garcia. They are supported by their Director of Photo Education, Isaías Sánchez Valderrama, and Community Engagement Manager, Diana Lopez Garcia.

This year’s theme is “Lost and Found”
No matter your age or life experience, losing something and finding it again is something we all encounter. “Lost and Found” inspires you to explore the difference between absence and discovery. We welcome interpretations of emotional, physical, or metaphorical journeys. Show us what you have lost and what you have found.
Photographic, lens, or light-based images are welcome for entry, including staged scenes, manipulated images, mixed media, or alternative processes. The final work needs to be submitted as a digital file and will be printed on large format vinyl for public display. We will not accept any art that is created through AI-prompt. Please note that artwork cannot contain nudity, drug use, or violence.
