Submission Dates: Friday, January 16, 2026 – Sunday, January 25, 2026
Exhibition Dates: Saturday, February 28, 2026 – Friday, May 1, 2026
Opening Reception: Saturday, February 28, 2026
Austin, TX – Art For The People Gallery is pleased to announce an open call for art submissions for its upcoming exhibition, Deep In The Heart, running from Saturday, February 28, 2026 to Friday, May 1, 2026.
We cherish the moments that shape our sense of place - childhood memories, family traditions, familiar landscapes, and the echo of “The stars at night are big and bright…” These threads of Texas pride, woven into personal history, inspire the art we champion.
We're presenting an intimate group exhibition of regional art, and we invite Texas-based creators to share what you hold close to your corazón. Show us the memories, meanings, and connections that live at the center of your story.
Art For The People Gallery strives to reflect the breadth of our creative community. We welcome recently created, conceptually cohesive, gallery-ready works. All thoughtful mediums and interpretations - Texas-inspired or personally driven - are encouraged. We accept submissions of artworks priced at $5,000 and below, as part of our commitment to making quality art accessible to a wide range of collectors.
*Travel expectations: Selected artists are highly encouraged to attend an in-person artwork review, artwork drop-off, and the exhibition opening. Please ensure you are able to travel to Austin, TX multiple times in February 2026 before applying.
