Call for Entries: 75th Anniversary Juried Exhibition -
The Best of Your Best!

The Mountain Artists Guild is thrilled to celebrate its 75th anniversary on October 18th, 2024. Since 1949, our organization in Prescott, Arizona, has highlighted the talents of artists, both professional and emerging alike, providing an outlet for all skillsets.
Artists may submit up to 4 pieces of original artwork for a special exhibit in celebration of The Guild’s 75th anniversary. The show will be on display October 14 through November 16. All work must be original in concept and execution and follow the entry requirements listed below. Reproductions and giclees are not eligible.
Submission information and digital images of the work must be submitted to: mag75th.artcall.org by Monday, September 30. Artists will be notified of the status of their submissions by October 7. Accepted artwork will be delivered to The Guild on Monday, October 14 between 10 am – noon.
Entry Fee: $30 for 2 entries, each additional is $10 up to 4 pieces.
Submission requirements for artwork:
Artwork in all media, including but not limited to all 2D media and processes, mixed media, glass, ceramics, and sculpture may be submitted for consideration.
** A panel of three will  jury this call
** Due to limited space - there is no guaranteed acceptance
** The call closes on September 30, 2024

November 16: (1pm – 3pm): Artwork pick-up

In addition to this exhibition The Guild is launching a capital campaign celebrating our 75th Anniversary on Friday, October 18th with an extraordinary gala including silent auction! We have an incredible lineup of artwork created by talented artists, and some delightful gift baskets.

This evening will be graced by the presence of friends, family, and passionate Guild supporters, providing a fantastic opportunity to promote your art.
Your participation and support will play a vital role in our continued growth and success. Let's make this 75th Anniversary Gala an event to remember! General Guidelines and Requirements - please read
*All works must be display ready. Work that is not correctly prepared for installation will not be accepted.
Please read the Gallery Guidelines.
*Wall pieces must be framed and have a hanging wire securely installed (saw tooth hangers not permitted). Rubber bumpers on the back of framed pieces preferred.
*2-D artworks must not exceed 36” x 48”. Minimum size is 11" x 14".
*3-D artworks must not exceed 40 lbs. and must fit on a pedestal with a footprint of 18” x 18″ or less.
*All works must be delivered in person to The Guild. Delivery and pick up of work is the artist’s responsibility. If you are not able to deliver and/or pick up your accepted artwork, you may authorize a representative to do so.
*Accepted work must remain on display through the end of the exhibition.
*Artwork 25% of the sale price will be retained by the Guild if the work is sold. You may enter pieces as not for sale.
*Sales of work will be handled by The Guild.
*Artists agree to let The Mountain Artists Guild use images of the work for promotional purposes during the show. The Guild will publicize the 75th anniversary show.
*Work shown in the Gallery must be appropriate for viewing by all ages and audiences.
