59th Annual Montgomery Art Guild Regions Bank Exhibition
Sponsored by the Montgomery Art Guild and Regions Bank
Submissions are being accepted in the following art categories:
—Opaque painting (oil, acrylic, gouache)
—3-Dimensional work (including sculpture, stone, metal, wood, clay, etc.)
—Photography/computer imagery/creative photography
—Works traditionally on paper, but can include works on canvas (watercolor, pastels, pencil, pen & ink, alcohol ink, transparent ink, printmaking)
—Mixed media and constructions—Fine Crafts (jewelry, fiber art, sewing and needle work, pottery, woodworking, fine crafts, etc.)
There will be $3,200 in cash prizes. There will be a best-in-show award for $500, a first place prize in each category for $300, and an honorable mention in each category for $150. The artists awarded best-in-show, and first place and honorable mention in each category, will be invited to be the featured artists at Stonehenge Gallery in the spring of 2026. The show will be curated by the director of Stonehenge Gallery, Richard Metzger. Ms. Alana Taylor-Francis will judge this show. This is a members' show. Regular membership is $35 and student membership is $20. All members must be 19 years or older. You can pay for your membership when you submit to the show. IMPORTANT: Artwork must be original artwork done by the artist. Artwork created from photos or the internet not personally taken or copyrighted by the artist is not permissible. Work deemed to be in violation of copyright law will not be accepted in the exhibition.
