2026 Student & Instructor Show 
The Cultural Arts Center at Glen Allen

We are excited to announce Next Level, our annual Student & Instructor Exhibit, on view April 1–30, 2026. This exhibition will be featured throughout the Slantwall, Glass Doors, and Midway Galleries on the first floor of The Center and will showcase the incredible work being created within our creative community.
Intermediate and advanced-level students, as well as Center instructors, are invited to submit artwork in any medium. To celebrate the exhibition, we will host an opening reception on Friday, April 10, from 6–8 PM, and we hope you’ll join us for an evening honoring our exhibiting artists.
Submission Guidelines

Artists may submit:

Up to two (2) 2-D works, or
Up to two (2) 3-D works, or
Up to two (2) works total if submitting a combination of 2-D and 3-D

To participate, please complete the submission process sent to you via email through artcall.org

All submissions will be reviewed to ensure accuracy of information and alignment with the Center’s family-friendly policies. Once works are approved, artwork drop-off instructions will be sent via email.
Artwork Requirements & Pick-Up

All works must be wired and ready for hanging at drop-off (if applicable).
Please clearly label each artwork with the artist’s name, title, and price
on the back of the piece or on an attached sheet.
Artwork must remain on display for the full duration of the exhibit.
All work must be picked up by 5:00 PM on Thursday, April 30.
Any items left after this date will be considered a donation to the Center unless prior arrangements are made with the Visual Arts Manager.

Sales & Reproduction

The Center retains a 30% commission on all gallery sales.
Artists must complete a W-9 in order to receive payment.
Prices listed should include the Center’s 30% commission.
Unless otherwise noted in writing, submitted works may be photographed and reproduced for promotional and marketing purposes.
