Riverfront Art & Music Festival 2026
Applications will remain open until May 31st, 8 pm 2026. Once submitted you will be notified via email of approval status. Your account dashboard will not show your juried status until after May 31st but you can still make payment before then. The "juried in" email will be sent manually and means that you are accepted and should proceed to make payment manually from your dashboard. Payment instructions will be in the accpetance email as well.
Spaces will be 10ft x10ft for art/craft vendors at $25 each. Up to two (2) spots allowed per vendor.
Food vendors will have plenty of space for either tent/table or food truck setups. Their fee is $30 to MCAC plus any applicable electric charges. We have 30amp and 50amp service onsite. ** Construction Notice**
The Havana bridge is undergoing much needed construction and is down to one lane from 9pm to 5am. Luckily this will hopefully not affect the flow of visitors but may affect some vendors. There are weight and size(width) restrictions until September 2026. During the day they do not have lane restrictions. If you are traveling from west of the Illinois River, please consider allowing for extra travel time and/or crossing the river at another location.
