Crossroads Art Center is excited to announce an ONLINE  and IN PERSON call for entries for the July 2026 Crossroads Art Center Annual Members Only Exhibition. 

This is NOT a juried show. All Media is accepted. There is no theme for this show.

The commission rate is 30%, artists get 70%. All work submitted must be for sale, and must be original work by the artist. No reproductions or giclées, unless permitted by the owner, Jenni Kirby. The artist must leave artwork in the show until the end of the exhibition.

Show Dates : Saturday, July 18 - Sunday, Sept 6, 2026

Unsold Work Pickup: Tuesday, Sept 8, 2026

As a Current Gallery Member you get the 1st entry for free (use code - GalleryMem). To get to the promo code, click on the blue "Enter Promo Code" button next to the credit card icons, after you have entered your information about the artwork. Then type in GalleryMem

2nd and 3rd entries for $15 each, maximum 3 entries.  Current means you are a Gallery Member that has paid for their yearly Membership by June 1, 2026.

1) We no longer offer refunds for overpayments.Please review your payment carefully before submitting.Artists have been accidentally paying multiple times or paying the non-member rate when they qualify for the Gallery Member discount.  Because of repeated overpayments, we will no longer refund overpayments.  Be sure to select the correct category and wait for the payment to be fully processed before clicking the payment button again, if the process seems too slow. It may be a slow internet connection.2) Need help entering the shows through Artcall online?Artists that need help with entries can now get that help by paying $50 per entry by calling the art center and arranging an appointment.Examples:• You have filled out all the information on ArtCall but can’t get your images uploaded properly.• You need help setting up your profile on ArtCall so you can enter shows.• You have no idea what what to do.----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 

For this Annual Members Only Exhibition, ALL entries will be in the Live show at Crossroads, and all digital entries done through ArtCall will ALSO be Online on the Center's website.

For this show, you may enter 1) online through ArtCall, or 2) in-person at Crossroads:

1. ONLINE Call for Entries, through ArtCall: 

Thursday, June 1- June 21, 2026. All digital entries will be a part of the Member Show Collection Online on the Crossroads website.
 Digital entries are managed through  www.artcall.org. 

To get your first entry free, you need to click on the blue "Enter Promo Code" button beside the credit card icons, and then type in the Code: GalleryMem.

Drop off dates for work submitted through ArtCall are Tuesday, July 7 – Saturday, July 11, 2026 BEFORE Noon. Be sure 2D work is wired with PICTURE HANGING WIRE; sawtooth hangers are not allowed. Work with sawtooth hangers will be declined.

When delivery artwork, make sure it is properly labeled on the back or bottom--your name, title, medium, size (framed), price, phone number and email address.  

NOTE: If you submit your work through ArtCall, we place your art on our website as part of the Online show as well as LIVE at the Center. What you write with your entry is what we copy/paste for the labels online and on the wall. Please be sure you get it right. We will not make changes to TEXT or PRICES after the Call For Entries has ended, unless we are at fault. DOUBLE CHECK everything. Your price should include the 30% commission we take out of each sale.

2. IN PERSON Call for Entries, at Crossroads Art Center:

 For this Annual show, you may chose to enter your work in person, not through ArtCall. You will fill out an entry form in person when you deliver your artwork.Delivery of artwork is Tuesday, July 7 – Saturday, July 11, 2025 BEFORE Noon. At that time you will pay for any entries beyond the first one, and you can fill out a membership form and pay for membership, if needed.  

NOTE: If you chose to participate in the member show without using ArtCall, your artwork will NOT be a part of the Online Collection on our website, but will still be Live at Crossroads Art Center.

SUBMITTING YOUR ARTWORK THROUGH ARTCALL:

Online Submission Details: 

• You need an artist statement - 200 Word limit in first person to enter the shows. This is about your work in general. • You need verbiage about each entry, 300 character limit, which includes spaces (ArtCall will cut your off). This is about each piece.• Do NOT create a portfolio site to enter the show. 

• The way you fill out the form is how it will be shown on the wall labels, awards, on the website, and all publicity. 

• We will NOT change TEXT or PRICES after the Call for Entry as ended, unless it is our fault. 

• Prices - DO NOT TYPE IN A COMMA. This produces the wrong price ($2 instead of $2,500). ArtCall will add it automatically.

• Measurements - HEIGHT x Width x Depth (H x W x D), n this order.

2D IMAGE REQUIREMENTS

3 images of each piece are required:• one of the art without frame• one with frame• a close detail image (zoomed into a small section of interest)  • If the art is unframed,  only 2 photos are required. 
• NOTE: if the work is framed, we must have the outside measurements of the frame (H x W x D). Please do not guess. If we do not have the measurements for the art and/or the framed art, your piece will not be considered to jury. 
• Walls and backgrounds SHOULD NOT SHOW in photos.
• All work must be wired with PICTURE HANGING WIRE and ready to hang, or will be rejected (no sawtooth hangers). 

3D IMAGE REQUIREMENTS

For each 3D, installation, or wearable art entry, submit 3 images: • one overall front image• one overall rear or sideview image,• one detail image (zoomed into a small section of interest)• Detail images must show an important aspect of

the art. Make sure that both the full-view and detail images are oriented correctly. • Walls and backgrounds SHOULD be very plain..
 Be sure to Spellcheck all statements as well as use Word Count, as well as prices!

Please double check all information by logging out and logging back in. 

VERY IMPORTANT: You can delete and change photos, and change text within each submission up until end-of-call. Do not delete an entire submission and then replace it with a new one--ArtCall will charge you for a new submission!

Crossroads Art Center’s Members Show are open to mid-Atlantic artists through a bimonthly call for entries, who are members of the Art Center.
