Be a part of our Second Annual Art Competition! We are giving our community a shot at submitting their design ideas for event graphic.

This graphic will be printed on our event stickers as well as printed on our t-shirt fundraiser. How great is that?! People will be wearing your design!

Please ensure you read and understand the Terms and Conditions for submitting your artwork for this competition.

Graphic art submissions are to be submitted through ArtCall.org no later by 11:59pm PT on Thursday, February 15, 2026.  

Winners will be notified by Friday, February 21, 2026.

Art Competition Submission AgreementBy submitting artwork to BSides San Diego (“the Organization”) for the 2026 BSidesSD Artwork Competition (“the Competition”), the participant (“the Artist”) agrees to the following terms and conditions:1. **Ownership**: The Artist retains all rights to their submitted artwork. 2. **Grant of Rights**: By submitting their artwork, the Artist grants the Organization a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute the submitted artwork in connection with the Competition and any promotional materials related to the Organization. This includes, but is not limited to, use on the Organization’s website, social media channels, and print materials.3. **Attribution**: The Organization agrees to credit the Artist whenever their artwork is used, where applicable.4. **Eligibility**: The submitted artwork must be original work created by the Artist and must not infringe on the rights of any third party or copyright laws. The Artist is responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions or licenses for any elements of their artwork that are not original. The use of AI tools to assist or enhance the artwork is not cause for disqualification, but any artwork submitted that is found to be plagiarized or violating ethical standards will be disqualified. 5. **Withdrawal**: The Artist may withdraw their submission at any time prior to the announcement of the winners by providing written notice to the Organization. Upon withdrawal, the Organization will cease to use the artwork, unless it has already been incorporated into promotional materials.6. **Limitation of Liability**: The Organization shall not be liable for any claims arising out of the use of the submitted artwork, provided that the artwork has been used in accordance with this agreement.By submitting artwork, the Artist acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
