PROSPECTUS
The AOY Members Show 2025
The Members Show is designed to showcase the talents of our many artist and artisan members. We are limiting entry to TWO 2D items per member (same as last year). Please note that, due to space limitations at the Center, we will cap the number of entries to 125 - 2D pieces which will hang on the gallery walls. Entry to the show will be on a “first come” basis - counted by finalized “Submitted”  by date. 
3D artisans will also be limited to TWO items per member to be displayed in the main gallery showcases. 3D pieces will not be part of the 125 cap but will be monitored as space allows.
Artists Reception: Friday, September 5, 6 - 8 pm
Public Art Exhibition & Sale: September 6 - 21
Saturday & Sunday, September 6 & 7, 12 - 5 pm 
Friday - Sunday, September 12 - 14, 12 - 5 pm
Friday & Saturday, September 19 & 20, 12 - 5 pm
Sunday, September 21, 10 am - 4 pm, ART ON THE FARM DAY
Exhibit Space: AOY Art Center, 949 Mirror Lake Road, Yardley, PA
Entry Deadline: Saturday, August 24.  For 2D entries the max may be reached prior to the deadline date so submit your entry as early as possible.
NEW: AOY Art Center is now doing registration via our website where you will pay the registration fee and then get a link to ArtCall for entry images and to generate our online sales gallery.

Drop Off Artwork: Friday, August 29, 4 - 6 pm OR Saturday, August 30, 12 - 2 pm 
Pick up Artwork: Sunday, September 21, 4 - 6 pm OR Monday, September 22, 10 am - 12 pm 
Entry Fee and Registration 
Entry fee is $30 (nonrefundable) and a 30% commission will be taken on each sale. All submissions must be original art and not previously shown at AOY Art Center (see details below under Specifications). Your entry fee allows you to submit TWO framed 2D OR TWO 3D pieces. 
Additionally you may bring up to two portfolio pieces at drop off (portfolio pieces are not entered in Art Call).

Eligibility
All current members of AOY Art Center are eligible to enter.AOY welcomes new members to join and to exhibit. Join AOYAll participating Member Artists are expected and required to volunteer as gallery hosts for a minimum of 2.5 hours during the exhibition. (Members with medical exemptions limiting their ability to gallery host are still invited to enter the show.)

All participating Member Artists are expected to assist with promoting the show via their social media, distribution of materials to area businesses, and friends, etc. 

Promotions
AOY will promote this show via mailings, advertisements, press releases and social media. All entries to this exhibition are subject to use for promotional purposes and the artist gives permission for the same as well as publication in the Online Gallery. The Online Gallery will be made public as of September 5 at 6 pm at aoyarts.org.

Exhibition Specifications
Each Member Artist may submit TWO original works of any media (paintings, works on paper, mixed media, photography, digital art, jewelry, pottery and sculpture) for exhibition and sale, excluding film and video. No giclees or reproductions will be accepted except in portfolio submissions.Artwork must not have been previously shown at AOY. Art shown during solo shows held at AOY and Art on the Farm may still be entered in this show.All works must be hand delivered during the designated dates/times.
All work submitted must be for sale. AOY takes 30% commission on all sales.No Framed or 3D work may be removed before the advertised end of the show.
Framed Pieces (TWO per Member Artist)
• Size limit for all framed pieces and unframed gallery canvas works is 36" including frame on the longest side•Maximum weight is 15 pounds• All work must be wired with d-hooks and ready for hanging or it will be declined• All frames should be unmarred• A completed identification tag (see below) must be affixed to the back.3D Pieces (TWO per Member Artist)• Three dimensional and assembled works must be stable and fit within the glass showcases in the main gallery• Artists must provide a stand/display that is finished and structurally sound• Artists should provide appropriate packaging for sales, if appropriatePortfolio Pieces (up to TWO per Member Artist) will not be entered in ArtCall and therefore will not be included in Online Gallery• Artwork must be unframed (mats optional), properly protected in a clear acetate sleeve, and properly closed/secured and labeled on top right corner facing front of the piece.• Limit of 25” on longest side• Giclees or prints are allowed but must be clearly marked as such• A completed identification tag (see below) must be affixed to the front• Portfolio pieces may be taken with the buyer at time of purchase (do not need to remain in gallery through the exhibition) and are not included in the online galleryOnline Gallery • All Framed and 3D entries entered via ArtCall will be included in the Online Gallery at aoyarts.org• The online gallery will be open for viewing as of September 5, 6 pm (same time as the Opening Reception)• Sales will be conducted online 24/7 through the duration of the exhibition

LIABILITY
AOY Art Center will do its utmost to protect work in its possession, but the organization is not responsible for damage or loss. 

AGREEMENT
By submitting artwork to this event, you agree to the conditions set forth. AOY reserves the right to reject any work not professionally presented, not properly wired, etc. at the discretion of the Center. Work delivered late will not be hung.
