Crossroads Art Center is excited to announce an ONLINE  and IN PERSON call for entries for the July 2025 Crossroads Art Center Annual Members Only Exhibition. 
Call for Entries is June 1-22, 2025
Member's Open House Weekend: Saturday, July 19, 10am - 5pm, and Sunday, July 20, 2025, Noon - 4pm
Show Dates : Saturday, July 19 - Sunday, Sept 7, 2025
Unsold Work Pickup: Tuesday, Sept 9, 2025
As a Current Gallery Member you get the 1st entry for free (use code - GalleryMem), 2nd and 3rd entries for $15 each, maximum 3 entries.  Current means you are a Gallery Member that has paid for their yearly Membership by June 1, 2025.

All entries will be in the Live show at Crossroads, and all digital entries done through ArtCall will ALSO be Online on the Center's website.
Commission on sales is 30%. There is no theme for this exhibit. All work submitted must be for sale, and must be original work by the artist. No reproductions or giclées, unless permitted by the owner, Jenni Kirby. The artist must leave artwork in the show until the end of the exhibition.  
ALL 2D work must be wired with PICTURE HANGING WIRE; no sawtooth hangers.
For this show, you may enter online through ArtCall, or in-person (at Crossroads):
1. ONLINE Call for Entries: 
Thursday, June 1- June 22, 2025. All digital entries will be a part of the Member Show Collection Online on the Crossroads website.
 Digital entries are managed through  www.artcall.org. 
To get your first entry free, you need to click on the blue "Enter Promo Code" button beside the credit card icons, and then type in the Code: GalleryMem.
Drop off dates for work submitted through ArtCall are Tuesday, July 8 – Saturday, July 12 BEFORE Noon. Be sure 2D work is wired with PICTURE HANGING WIRE; sawtooth hangers are not allowed. Work with sawtooth hangers will be declined. 
Please make sure you have your artwork properly labeled on the back or bottom. (your name, title, medium, size (framed size), price, phone number and email address).  
2. IN PERSON Call for Entries:
 If you prefer to participate in the member show without a digital entry (not through ArtCall) you may do so. You will fill out an entry form in person when you deliver your artwork (July 8-12 (by Noon). At that time you will pay for any entries beyond the first one, and you can fill out a membership form and pay for membership, if needed.  
If you chose to participate in the member show without using ArtCall, your artwork will NOT be a part of the Online Collection on our website, but will still be Live at Crossroads Art Center.

Before submitting artwork through ArtCall, please read and be sure you understand thoroughly procedures and expectations for participating in our shows. 
NOTE: If you submit your work through ArtCall, we place your art on our website as part of the Online show. What you write with your entry is what we copy/paste for the labels online and on the wall. Please be sure you get it right. We will not make changes to TEXT or PRICES after the Call For Entries has ended, unless we are at fault. DOUBLE CHECK everything. Your price should include the 30% commission.
Online Submission Details: 
• You need an artist statement - 200 Word limit in first person to enter the shows.
• You need verbiage about each entry, 300 character limit, which includes spaces.
• You do not have to create a portfolio site to enter the show. 
• The way you fill out the form is how it will be shown on the labels, awards, on the website, and all publicity. 
• We will NOT change TEXT or PRICES after the Call for Entry as ended, unless it is our fault. 
• Use Capital Letters for the first letters of your name.
• Prices - DO NOT TYPE IN A COMMA. This produces the wrong price ($2 instead of $2,500). ArtCall will add it automatically.
• Measurements - HEIGHT first, then Width, then Depth (H x W x D).
2D IMAGE REQUIREMENTS
• 3 images of each piece are required, one of the art without frame, one with frame, and a close detail image (zoomed into a small section of interest). 
• If the art is unframed,  only 2 photos are required. 
• NOTE: if the work is framed, we must have the outside measurements of the frame (H x W x D). Please do not guess. If we do not have the measurements for the art and/or the framed art, your piece will not be considered to jury. 
• Walls and backgrounds SHOULD NOT SHOW in photos.
• All work must be wired with PICTURE HANGING WIRE and ready to hang, or will be rejected (no sawtooth hangers). 
3D IMAGE REQUIREMENTS
• For each 3D, installation, or wearable art entry, submit 3 images: one overall front image, one overall rear or sideview image, and one detail image (zoomed into a small section of interest).
• Detail images must show an important aspect of
the art. Make sure that both the full-view and detail images are oriented correctly. 
• Spellcheck all statements as well as use Word Count, as well as Prices!
Please double check all information by logging out and logging back in. 
VERY IMPORTANT: You can delete and change photos, and change text within each submission up until end-of-call. Do not delete an entire submission and then replace it with a new one--ArtCall will charge you for a new submission!

Crossroads Art Center’s Members Show are open to mid-Atlantic artists through a bimonthly call for entries. The 2025 Member shows are exhibited at Crossroads Art Center and as online exhibitions where customers can shop directly from the website. 
The Juried Shows offer cash prizes for the winners. Each juried show is juried by a prominent art professional from the community (a gallery director, curator, museum official, arts professor, or accomplished artist). Cash awards are given for 1st $100, 2nd $75, and 3rd $50 place winners, as well as Honorable Mentions. Member shows and special exhibitions are not usually juried or offer cash awards
